What is Henna?

In the Middle Eastern and North Africa, Henna is known as the “Pacar” or “Hene”. In India and Pakistan, Henna is known as “Mendhi” or “Mehendi”. Henna has a scientific name Lawsonia Inermis, including members of the Family Lythraceae plants. In fact, Henna been found from the days of ancient Egypt.
