Marriage Preparation With Kegel Exercises

There is no harm if we prepare for marriage by undergoing regular Kegel exercises. Kegel exercises are exercises to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. This exercise originally used for therapy in men and women who are unable to control the discharge of urine, but now Kegel Exercise is usually preferred for potential brides to fitness.

Benefit of Kegel Exercise

  • Strengthening the muscles that surround and support the bladder, uterus, rectum, and urethra. This muscle is known as pubococcygeal  muscle
  • Help slow the flow of urine

 

Kegel exercise movement

  • Movement mountain climbers, and reverse crunch

Start with a push-up position. Pull your right knee toward your chest. Position your back straight, return to starting position, then switch legs, and remember always tighten your abdominal muscles. Make a foot switch with fast motion, 30 seconds.

  • Movement bridge pose

This movement has targeted the abdomen, pelvis, vaginal muscles, buttocks, and hamstrings. This movement begins by lying supine on the floor, bend your knees. Tighten your buttocks, stomach and vaginal muscles. Lift your hips while doing gymnastics kegel. Lower your hips slightly. Make sure that the buttocks do not touch the floor. Do 15 reps. Then breath out with a lift back and tighten the vaginal muscles. Make sure that your back remains flat on the floor. Inhale, lower your hips. Do 15 reps.

  • Repeated exercise

After doing kegel movement for several weeks to a month, you will more easily cope with bladder and tightening organ intimate. Kegel  exercisedoes not cost and equipment and can be done anywhere. Kegel exercises during pregnancy also serves to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, and speed up recovery after giving birth.
