Yogilates, The Hybrid Yoga With Endurance
Back in 1997, when Yogilates created by a certified Pilates instructor and Vinyasa yoga practitioners Jonathan Urla, no thoughts of this hybrid will still yoga. Through a series of seamless transitions from one exercise to the next, the participants finally moved from the floor and into the Sun Greetings (set of 12 yoga poses) and the flow of Vinyasa yoga. As the session progresses, the pose becomes more and more challenging before the end with restorative poses and relaxation called Shavasana.
